Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) JC Glick brings over 20 years of military service, leadership consultancy, and innovative problem-solving to the program. As a founder and partner of two leadership companies, JC has extensive experience in leadership development, executive assessment, and strategic planning. His military background includes commanding the 2nd Battalion, 39th Infantry Regiment, and serving in 11 combat tours as an Army Ranger and leader of the Army Resiliency School. JC's thought leadership, adaptive instructional programs, and commitment to developing leaders for the future make him a valuable guide on your transformative journey.

Michael D. Ostrolenk, MA, MFT, a seasoned Marriage and Family Therapist with 23 years of resilience coaching, going way beyond the therapy room. As a Master Coach and Head Instructor at SEALFIT Unbeatable Mind Academy, he taught emotional resilience, mental toughness, and human performance optimization. He is also Director of Human Resilience at Apeiron Zoh, Director of Human Potential and Resilience- Success S.H.I.F.T. Institute, and Adjunct Faculty-  Human Longevity Institute.
